The Tunze Turbelle Nano 6055 has to be my favourite pump of the different brands of pump that I have that I have been using. I have also been using the big brother the Turbelle® stream 6105 on another aquarium but let’s just talk about the 6055.
I am using 3 of them on a 500 litre almost cube aquarium with a tunze multicontroller 7095. So why do I love them so much?
I think that the main reason must be the 3D adjustable fitting you can point these pumps in any which way you want, mix that with the multicontroller and you can spend weeks (in a positive way) fine tuning the perfect flow in your aquarium. Just try turning one against some rock or the front glass and she how your flow completely changes. The other positive is that I find them very quiet.
Cleaning is simple and spare parts easy to pick up. Like with any pump you need to keep on top of the cleaning. If you leave it too long you will lose most of the performance.
On a final note I can purchase 3 of these pumps and a multicontroller for less than 2 of another leading brands circulation pumps and get better flow with half the noise. If you’re considering a new pump you won’t regret buying these.

Coral Shop and Didosy have collaborated on this little gem of a dosing unit. I have been using one for about 3 months and still get excited by it. Firstly this just oozes quality. with a polished stainless face and stunning blue lcd display this looks like a piece of art, just a pity mine is hidden away next to the sump.
4 channels with clearly marked in and out ports make the set up easy. It took me a few minutes to get the hang of navigating the programs, but once you have the date and time set it doesn’t take long to get the dosing levels set.
The Tower profi‘s led display is continuously passing through individual readings of each channel giving you information on each channels dose volume, cycles per day and container level. The last of which I love, no more shaking bottles, the led display shows how much is left in the dosing container and will sound an alarm on low levels.
Then there is the optional extras. There is a TOWER Profi acrylic dock - standalone or for wall mounting. Which perfectly hides inlet and outlet tubing and a 4 channel integrated acrylic hang-on outlet hose holder for glass thickness up to the 20 mm which organises all of the outlet hoses perfectly on the sump or aquarium. The plastic inlet hoses to insert into the containers of products to be dosed are stiff so can be cut to length to fit perfectly for drawing the maximum from the container. Everything about this has been thought through to the max.
I have been using 3 different dosing systems and this one has it all. My only negative on the Tower is that there is no extension module for extra channels. If you want to dose more than 4 products you will need a second unit.

that i write are just my personal opinion. It is not that i am selling the products and want to promote them for profit.
I am just lucky enough to have the opportunity to use a lot of different brands of products and would like to tell people about the ones i like most.
